If you love BBQ, this is the place! Located near Evergreen and Idledale in Bear Creek Canyon, the Switchback Smokehouse specializes in smoked goodness: From their famous Bay of Pigs sandwich and the Devil’s Elbow meal to their legendary house-smoked wings, you won’t be disappointed! This is by far the best BBQ I’ve ever had, and their fried pickles … everything is amazing! Stop in for live music on the patio every Sunday from 2–5 p.m. Be sure to put the Switchback Smokehouse on your next ride destination!
